Tonight, RMA and volunteers from the Moroccan community served beef brochettes, salad, and mint tea to people at the Night Market. As fall approaches, it is getting darker earlier, but we managed to serve and interact with members of the local community.

RMA and members of the Filipino Community of Restigouche offered Filipino food to people at the Night Market. For many, it was their first time trying Filipino food. The menu was chicken adobo with rice, a side of sweet pickles, and coconut water to drink. Thank you to all the volunteers and people who came.

RMA featured Indian chicken tikka masala and henna. The herbs and spices were delicious and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The lines for henna were worth the wait. It was great to see everyone comparing their new temporary skin art.

For opening night to the Andrew Street Night Market, RMA had a Cameroonian barbecue. There were delicious meats seasoned with the various spices of Cameroon and the crowd loved it. The barbecue and lines of people were non-stop until the food ran out at 9:30 PM. Thank you all for coming!
