Mission Statement
To assume a leadership role promoting multiculturalism, and to encourage people from all over the world to come to the Restigouche to settle and contribute to the development and growth of the region.
- to promote contact and communication between persons of various cultural backgrounds.
- to facilitate regional collaboration with other associations and public and private entities to promote shared goals and objectives.
- to maintain a center for welcoming and integrating newcomers into the region, and to ensure that the following services are offered:
- to assist newcomers with social integration.
- to provide community awareness and education.
- To provide employment support for newcomers and assist them in integrating into their workplaces.
- to provide support to employers willing to employ newcomers.
- to support language training in French and English.
